				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>El la vida de un practicante de Yoga, llega un momento en que es necesario unirse con otros practicantes para compartir conocimientos, vivencias, y si en caso que vivas en la ciudad dirigirte a la naturaleza. Es ahí donde empieza tu sanación, cuando te envuelves de la madre tierra. Cuando la ingesta de alimentos es saludable y todo tiene otra velocidad, dónde limpiamos nuestras retinas al disfrutar de los verdes paisajes y oxigenamos nuestros pulmones con aire puro.<br />
Es el momento de dirigir toda tu energía en ti mismo y transformarte en un ser un poquito más evolucionado, es el tiempo que un practicante de Yoga deja atrás sus quehaceres y busca <b>EL RETIRO DEL YOGUI</b>.</p>
<p>En el retiro buscas la mejora de tu práctica, el resolver temas internos, aislarte de la ciudad para envolverte de la esencia de la naturaleza para despertar tus sentidos, unir con todos los ejercicios que mejoran tu practica, los momentos de soledad serán buenos en un retiro para aprovechar y evaluar tu estado físico,mental, emocional y energético.</p>
