<p style="text-align: justify;">La preparación vertebral, es de los primeros ejercicios que realizamos en nuestra práctica, lo usamos para flexibilizar la columna vertebral y estirar la musculatura anterior y posterior del tronco. Unido a estos beneficios también este ejercicio elimina tensiones, agresividad acumulada, bloqueos energéticos.<span id="more-511"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">En este video puedes ver la técnica de artes marciales, en este caso como defenderte de un agarre de solapa ante una agresión. y a partir de ahí basándonos en esos gestos de la técnica marcial, sale esta preparación vertebral con tantos beneficios.</p>
